Terms of Service

These terms govern the cooperation between Disegno Studio and the client for the design and development of websites and related services.
Introductory provisions
The service provider is Disegno Studio, registered at Jablonecká 13, Střížkov, 180 00 Praha 9, Česká republika. The client is a natural or legal person ordering the services. These terms apply to all quotes, orders and contracts unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Scope of services
The subject is the design, development and delivery of websites or other digital services to the extent agreed in the quote. The specific scope, schedule and price are always set out in an individual quote approved by both parties.
Price and payment terms
- The price is stated in the quote and becomes binding upon written approval.
- Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is due before work starts and the balance after completion and handover.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise. Late payment may incur statutory default interest.
Client cooperation
The client undertakes to supply materials (copy, images, access) by the agreed deadlines and to provide feedback without undue delay. Failure to cooperate may shift the completion date.
Handover and copyright
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the work for the purpose for which it was created. Third-party libraries and software are governed by their own licences. We reserve the right to feature the project in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Complaints and liability
Defects must be reported in writing without undue delay after discovery. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, third-party interference, or service outages beyond our control.
Final provisions
These relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time the contract is concluded prevails. For questions, contact us at novacek3232@gmail.com.
